It feels like an ice cream kind of day, and there’s a new way to get your fix. Townline BBQ is making homemade ice cream pops with all kinds of fixin’s. The pastry chef, Rachel Flatley, is offering up classic flavors with a kick. Strawberry Fluff is made with (childhood favorite) marshmallow fluff folded into the ice cream and a strawberry crunch on top. Chocolate features Valrhona Coeur de Guanaja chocolate, then is dipped in chocolate glaze and covered with caramelized cocoa nibs, and vanilla is homemade ice cream dipped in white chocolate and rainbow sprinkles. There’s something for everyone, and so much better than the local ice cream truck!
